We want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, lashes that have been applied or removed from the tray cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened products in their original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our beauty team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
