How many times can I reuse my Lola's Lashes?

With proper care and by storing them in their original tray, our premium synthetic and faux-mink lashes can be worn up to 30 times.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, 100%. We take pride in being a completely cruelty-free and vegan brand. We never use real animal hair or test our formulas on animals.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

What is your return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. If your item is defective, please contact our support team immediately.

How do I clean my lashes without damaging them?

Gently remove any adhesive residue with a cotton swab and oil-free makeup remover. Avoid soaking the lashes in water or using oil-based cleansers, as this can ruin the lash curl and band.
